Shipping Policy

All orders are hand-poured and made to order to ensure the highest quality.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and are estimated at checkout. Once your package is in transit, we are not responsible for carrier delays.

Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages: Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, we are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage and packaging so we can assist you.

Warm Weather Disclaimer: During warmer months, candles may soften or sweat in transit. This does not affect the performance of the candle. If melting occurs, allow the candle to return to room temperature before handling or lighting.
