Return Policy (14 Days)
We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every candle we create. Each item is carefully inspected before it leaves our hands to ensure it meets our standards.
Returns & Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unlit, and in its original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
For safety, hygiene, and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns on candles that have been lit or used in any way. Once a candle has been burned, it is considered final sale.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives with clear cosmetic damage that occurred prior to delivery and was not visible or disclosed at the time of purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damage and packaging
If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.
Please note: Because every candle is quality-checked before shipping, we do not accept returns for:
- Claims of incorrect items without supporting evidence
- Issues resulting from misuse, improper storage, or normal wear
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:
- Mystery Candles / Second-Loved Candles (sold as-is and may include imperfections or cosmetic flaws)
- Sale or discounted items (if applicable)
Return Process
If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed defective.
